The sales contract is deemed to be concluded at the moment the order confirmation is sent.
The customer cannot complete or cancel an order once it has been placed. No refunds are issued to the customer.

Order confirmation

Delivery
The shipping of products ordered through this website is handled by Estelle Gross Aromatherapy Stilla.
Shipping costs are calculated at the end of the order based on the shopping cart, weight, volume, and the rates of the carrier responsible for delivery.
Shipping costs depend on the value of the ordered products (minimum order value excluding shipping costs). The shipping costs communicated in the online store apply. Shipping costs are indicated as an additional item in the shopping cart and on the invoice. They are the responsibility of the customer unless a special promotion is specified by the seller themselves.
Delivery area
The possibility of online ordering is only available for the territory of Switzerland and France.
Delivery times
It is not possible to specify an exact delivery time. From the time of order and payment confirmation, the delivery times, for reference, are 2 to 5 business days, but can extend up to 20 business days in very rare cases. Any claims for damages as well as other customer requests are excluded.
No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or official holidays. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a pickup notice in the mailbox. You must then collect the delivery at the corresponding post office. The customer assumes responsibility for the delivered products, even if they were not received directly by them.
Payment Terms
All payments are made using a payment card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), TWINT, or PostFinance.
The order will be considered effective after confirmation of the agreement from the banking payment centers.
In accordance with current regulations, and to ensure the security and confidentiality of their information, Estelle Gross Aromatherapy Stilla does not store its clients' banking data. It is the client's responsibility to save and print their payment certificate if they wish to keep the payment details related to their order. Credit card data is encrypted to protect the client.
Verifications and feedback
It is the customer's responsibility to check the quantity and condition of the goods as soon as the products have been delivered to them.
In case of an error (damaged or missing product), the customer must report and inform the company Estelle Gross Aromatherapy Stilla within seven days by email at the address sav@stilla-oils.ch. Estelle Gross Aromatherapy Stilla will replace the missing or damaged product with an identical one if the error is confirmed by its own services.
The products of Estelle Gross Aromatherapy Stilla cannot be returned or refunded as long as they match the order form in every respect and do not have any defects that could be attributed to Estelle Gross Aromatherapy Stilla.
Guarantee
Without limiting the scope of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, no claim of any kind regarding delivered products, non-delivery of products, or otherwise may exceed the amount of the purchase price of the products that gave rise to a claim for damages.

In case of delay, Estelle Gross Aromatherapy Stilla will fulfill its obligations as soon as possible and reserves the right to distribute the remaining product stock among its clients fairly.
Partial non-validation

Applicable law and legal forum
The present general terms and conditions of sale, as well as all sales to which they apply, are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute related to or arising from these general terms and conditions of sale shall be governed by Swiss law.
The exclusive forum is in Vevey.
Entry into force
The present General Terms and Conditions come into effect on 02/17/2025. They replace all previous General Terms and Conditions of Estelle Gross Aromatherapy Stilla prior to this date, related to online purchases.
